Biography

Tuana Umay Çıtak is an undergraduate student in Molecular Biology and Genetics at Başkent University with a strong interest in biotechnology and reproductive biology. During her academic training, she has gained theoretical and practical experience in molecular biology techniques, genetic analysis, and biotechnology applications. She currently works as an R&D Intern at Zirvegen Biotechnology, where she contributes to research projects focused on rapid diagnostic technologies and biotechnology-driven innovation. She actively participates in laboratory work and supports experimental and research processes. Her academic interests include embryology, reproductive biology, and biotechnology. In the long term, she aims to pursue advanced research and contribute to innovative projects in these fields.
